10. weeks. old.

I can't believe it's already been 10 weeks. This little guy is just so easy and makes me smile all day long. We just love him with all of our hearts. Though I did get a little sad last week when I went to grab a NB size (newborn) and realized he is too big for them now. Already outgrowing his first set of clothes. Not fair.

a. fresh. website.

I'm so excited to check another "to do" off my list. I updated and revamped my wedding + portrait website! I'm so excited to have this done. It's seriously the most time consuming thing ever. I hadn't updated it in probably 2 years I'm ashamed to say, so I had literally hundreds of images to go through..daunting to say the least. But I managed to weed my way through it the last couple of weeks and now it's complete!

Please check it out!

Another thing I should mention is I have a friends/family discount off session fee + prints which is 25% off everything. For immediate family it's a free session + wholesale cost of prints.

California.

We juggled 2 kids for the first time and flew home a couple of weeks ago so that I could host my girlfriend's bridal shower. We had such a great time and it was so good to see my mom and dad and spend some quality time with them and with my girlfriends..here are just a few of the many photos from this day. We had the bridal shower at my house in the morning and then later that evening we met at a nail place and all had mani's and pedi's and drank mimosa's and then went out for the evening to great dinner and dancing.

Summer. Fun.

So much fun, he can't even make it inside for 2 minutes to go pee. Such a boy.

4th of July

We stayed home this year for 4th of July. The morning of the holiday, we headed up to Park City to enjoy their annual parade. I've been to this parade many times in the past when I had lived up there but it was Mike and Jack's first time and we had a blast. Jack practically sat on Mike's shoulders the entire time and watched. Of course he got especially excited for the fire trucks and the police motorcycles. He was mesmerized by it all though..it was so fun to see the things he pointed out that I would of missed entirely. Having children really does make the holidays so much more special. After the parade we enjoyed the outdoor farmers market, live bands and tons of stuff for the kids to run around and do.

fire trucks + fire guys

We are back! Wow, two kids is busyyyyy!! Happy 4th of July! We are enjoying this long holiday weekend. I found some time to go through some photos and get a little organized. A few weeks ago I arranged for a tour of our local fire station for Jack and some of his friends. We had a great time! Jack had a blast - before we left, he put on his fire boots and wore his fireman hat. I almost cried when I saw the look on his face when we got to the firestation. He couldn't believe his eyes that he was at a "real" firestation and actually got to sit in a "real" fire truck. The look on his face was priceless. These guys were so great with the kids, so patient and so friendly. We love Sugerhouse Firestation #10!
